Service Description
If you need competitive edge in your sport, this is the gold standard! This session will address posture alignment, muscle strength & flexibility, muscle tension release & reaction time to help upgrade your body movement and performance. Sports massage & assisted stretching are included in this session plus any additional services including infra-red, compression therapy, KT taping & electro muscular stimulation as complimentary additions if required. Your stretchologist will assess, target & treat areas that need alignment, release or engagement to improve how your body, moves, recovers and reacts.
Cancellation Policy

Following your appointment, we'd like to ask your thoughts via our Google review link below to help others decide whether stretch therapy is right for them: https://goo.gl/maps/GU6rcjdfDjmn3dXx9 Cancellation policy: We operate a 24hr cancellation policy and politely ask that appointment cancellations or reschedules be made 24 hours or more in advance, to allow us to offer your slot to others who may need it. Any changes within the 24 hour period before your session, will unfortunately be subject to the loss of your session fee. Sessions can be rescheduled easily outside of the 24hr window via your online account profile, or by contacting ellie@stretchstronger.co.uk with your reschedule request. 'Bolt-on' 30minute 'mini-sessions' can be added onto any 1hr therapy, massage or body scan session at the time of booking online, or during your visit should your therapist have availability to extend your session. 30min bolt-ons cannot be booked as a stand alone session. Please advise in your booking form whether you are currently undergoing medical advice for injury or illness, and need special measures prior to your session. Pregnant women, please obtain medical consent from your doctor before booking stretch therapy or massage. Please wear comfortable clothing you can remove easily for treatment, avoid jeans and clothing without stretch. Please refrain from hard exercise directly before massage sessions to reduce sweating, clammy skin can react badly to massage, causing friction burns and sores. Please wear socks to your session, as feet can be handled regularly.
