Sports massage supercharges recovery time, allowing you to workout harder.
Our sports massage sessions are powerful but never painful! We expect massage to have lasting results, not leave you sore. As such, we utilise a combination of massage methods including machine massage, compression therapy, EMS (electro-muscular stimulation) Gua Sha, cupping & Thai mashiatsu to keep you performing at your best.
Sessions are available as 1hr singles, 2 x monthly & in blocks of 4.
