About the event

If you've struggled to give effective aids on both reins, the 'Stop sitting wonky' workshop is a must attend event! We'll help you identify whether you have an uneven pelvis, which side is tighter, and most importantly, HOW to level it up using neuro-muscular reprogramming techniques to straighten your posture and in turn, your riding position.

You'll leave feeling physically straighter, looser and more in control of your body, armed with a set of 'posture tools' to attack the wonky problem from the source and finally sit straighter, out of pain and able to give effective aids on both sides!

- Which postural exercises you need

- How & when to do them to rebalance & restore posture

Ellie Bradsell owns & runs Stretch Stronger, a sports therapy business specialising in posture coaching, sports perfomance & recovery for Equestrians, Aerialists & Crossfitters. She has owned & ridden horses for more than 35 years, & competed in eventing, showing, dressage & showjumping to respectable levels. Her equine arm, 'Balanced Rider UK', has helped over 2,000 riders in the last 8 years overcome position problems & confidence issues for straighter, more effective riding. Events are held around the country in small groups, working on body specifics to improve positional faults. The results are profound.
